Food and Beverage Manager
Balian Springs is a Social Club centered around wellness and social connections. Included in this 100,000sf facility is a Sushi bar, a fast casual Kitchen, a cafe, a Non-alcoholic bar, and a rooftop bar. We are committed to providing a holistic wellness experience for our members, where nutrition and dining play an integral role in the experience. We're seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our culinary operations and our bar program, to ensure an exceptional experience aligning with our Club's mission.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the establishment,
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets,
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times,
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies,
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update innovative, health-conscious menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while reflecting seasonal offerings and wellness principles
- Train and supervise staff members, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner,
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures to implement effective measures without compromising quality
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of service and culinary excellence
- Maintain great vendor relations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role, preferably in a wellness-focused environment for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary needs, and wellness trends in food and beverage offerings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cost control, budget management, and vendor negotiation.
- Certification in food handling and safety protocols (ServSafe, TIPS) is a plus.
- Experience in cooking is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
