Responsibilities:
- Operate food processing equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency
- Follow FDA regulations and adhere to HACCP principles to ensure food safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Familiarity with HACCP principles in the food industry
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
