We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bussers at our bustling all-you-can-eat restaurant. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Your efficiency, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests have finished their meals.
- Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and highchairs thoroughly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Refill beverage stations, restock utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure they are readily available for guests.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables when needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with any additional service requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and respond to guest needs.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry trays and bus tubs.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
