Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete, including side items, condiments, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Support other team members during busy periods, including assisting with food preparation and cooking when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay
- Weekly pay - hourly wage plus tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
