Job Summary
As a Food Runner/Server Assistant, you'll work closely with our servers, bartenders and kitchen team to ensure our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter our restaurant until the moment they leave. You'll assist in food and drink delivery, refilling drinks and chips/salsa, clearing plates from tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This is a vital position that provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food and drinks to the guests’ tables.
• Assisting in preparing the restaurant for service by setting tables, stocking necessary items, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Clearing tables, removing used dishes and utensils, and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as refilling drinks, chips, and salsa or taking additional orders from guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and personable attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from the server team
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods
• Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
