Join our team at Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen, where we deliver Latin American cuisine with a hint of Asian influence in a restaurant that emerges as an upscale lounge by late night. We are currently hiring for both Busser and Food Runner positions, with an opportunity for growth between roles. If hired as a Busser, you will have the chance to train and develop into a Food Runner over time.
Busser Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout venue.
- Support food runners, servers and kitchen staff as needed.
Food Runner Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure proper presentation and knowledge of all menu items.
- Communicate with guest clearly and eloquently.
- Ability to partner with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with table maintenance and guest needs as required.
Requirements for Both Roles:
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, stand for long periods, and move quickly.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a dual-role position.
