Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required; California Food Handlers certificate required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices are advantageous.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or Symphony POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
