Job Overview
Primary Function: Responsible for pulling material and providing for production needs which include skin grading, Komo, and cell department. Responsibilities also include keeping warehouse clean and disposition of trash and recycling of pallets and/or cardboard in a timely manner.
Abilities Required to Perform Job Effectively:
· Must have high school diploma or equivalent experience
· Prior forklift experience operating in fast pace environment
· Must possess organizational skills to enable them to be proactive and function in an efficient and productive manner
· Must be detail oriented and have familiarity with use of various measurement tools to enable them to understand determine if material meets quality specifications
· Must be a “team player” and be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers
· Must be self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Be dependable with respect to attendance and tardiness
· Be willing to work overtime as needed on a daily basis or on Fridays.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Operates forklift in a manner to transport material for production needs in a safe manner without damaging product.
· Ensures material is being rotated on a “first-in-first out” basis
· Keep warehouse aisles clean so material can be transported in an efficient and productive manner
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
· Utilize production paperwork and compare quantity of material needed
· Maintain positive work ethic, attitude and outlook towards fellow employees and supervisor
· Report any discrepancies of product to Group manager or Lead
· Performs all duties as assigned by supervisor in an efficient and effective manner
· Has working knowledge of product specifications and inspects product to ensure material is in compliance with product quality standards
· Provides all paperwork to Lead or Manager that did not get completed end of shift
· Helps in other areas as needed when necessary.
· Disposes of cardboard, pallets and garbage from facility in a timely and controlled manner
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and use team lift when needed
· Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time
· Must be able to operate forklift safely
· Must show proficiency in the operation of all necessary equipment

Pay: $21.19 - $23.42 per hour
