Experience
- Proven experience in management roles with a focus on strategic planning and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing diverse projects effectively.
- Strong background in business development, project management, process improvement, and sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data related to profit & loss.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships across all levels of an organization.
