What You'll Do:
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Collaborate across the organization on headcount and workforce planning, ensuring our talent strategy aligns with our financial goals.
- Empower Decision-Making: Craft compelling monthly reporting packages and board-ready materials, providing crystal-clear financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Champion Performance: Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards that illuminate performance across all departments, guiding strategic adjustments.
- Own the Financial Narrative: Partner with our finance and function leadership to evolve the creation and evolution of our financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, charting our course for sustainable growth.
- Uncover Key Insights: Dive deep into inventory costs, gross margin trends, and production metrics to identify levers for profitability and operational excellence.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide ad hoc analysis to support critical pricing, product, and operational decisions, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
- Optimize and Innovate: Research and recommend cutting-edge software and tools to revolutionize our FP&A function and enhance efficiency company-wide.
Who You Are:
- You bring a robust background in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role, with a proven track record of strong financial modeling.
- You're highly organized and articulate, comfortable presenting complex financial information to executives and cross-functional teams.
- You're a knowledge hungry self-starter with a low ego who thrives on operating independently, figuring things out, and driving initiatives forward.
- You're a genuinely nice person who collaborates seamlessly with others.
- Experience with both software and inventory-heavy or manufacturing businesses is a bonus.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $125,000-$200,000
