Overview
Active participant of the Franchise Sales Region team responsible for handling traditional franchisees and BCP franchisees in qualifying and approving candidates for renewals, transfers and other administrative non sales activities.
- Conducts appropriate follow-up with candidates from all sources.
- Reviews applications and completeness for renewals, etc.
- Acts a liaison between operations and franchisee during the process.
- Requests and reviews various documents and information of applicants.
- Determines whether applicant should continue through qualifying process.
- Performs final review and present franchise to FSM for final approval.
- Completes document checklist and prepares worksheet and letter of transmittal for preparation of the franchise agreement.
- Presents Store Franchise Agreement to applicant and facilitates agreement signing
- Collects franchise fees and other monies due at signing
- May require scheduling a franchisee for training and monitors franchisee's progress throughout the training period
- Education: Bachelors/4 Yr. Degree
- Experience: 2-5 years, 7-Eleven Field Consultant experience working with 7-Eleven franchisees.
- Intermediate Business Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and excellent command presence during presentations.
