Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and operators.
- Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, real estate regulations, and brand standards.
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to franchisees and their teams.
- Evaluate franchise performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies for growth and profitability.
- Guide franchisees through the onboarding process, including licensing, training, and office setup.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional initiatives across franchise locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, brand presentation, and client experience.
- Resolve operational issues, mediate conflicts, and support franchisees in problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance, operations) to support franchise success.
- Identify new market opportunities and assist in franchise development and recruitment.
- Years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple franchise relationships and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate software platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly to support franchise locations.
