Scope of the Role:
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the VP of Franchise Operations works closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations and other senior leaders including the VP of Company Stores, Senior Director of Operations Standards, Regional Directors, Area Developers, and the Development/Real Estate Teams. The Senior Director of Field Operations reports directly to this position. This role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on leadership approach to support franchisees and ensure consistency and excellence in execution.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a franchised or multi-unit environment, including at least 3 years at the senior management level
- Held the top field operations leadership role in a high-pressure environment with significant accountability
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate, hold accountable, and positively influence franchise partners to achieve targeted financial and operational results
- Experience building, leading, and developing large-scale operations teams with a strong talent pipeline and a commitment to excellence
- Direct experience in both corporate and franchise operations with outstanding performance in a sizable system (500+ units) within the retail, food, or service sectors
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving measurable success
- Project management leadership, with experience implementing complex, long-term initiatives
- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems, and communicate with clarity
- High personal integrity, admired professionally and personally; a leader who inspires trust and respect
