We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to manage front desk operations and assist with basic lab duties at our Summerwood location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office operations and leadership, with at least 2 years of experience in both healthcare and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/out and flow management
- Supervise and support clinic staff; assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and coordinate communication with clinical teams
- Assist with basic lab functions including:
Sample handling and documentation.
Ordering supplies and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the lab area.
Supporting quality control processes .
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, clinic policies, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure optimal patient experience
- Participate in training and onboarding of new staff
- Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of medical and managerial experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of outpatient, ER Tech Background, or urgent care clinic workflows and working with lab samples.
- Experience in managing medical room assistants.
- Experience in managing payroll.
- Medical Assistant Experience
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Full range of body motion, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
- Potential exposure to clinical environments
Orientation:
New hires will receive one week of hands-on training with our leadership team, including current managers, the CEO, and Medical Director.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
