Overview
We are a multi-faceted real estate company in Fargo, seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to incorporate current branding into new promotional items, website updates and social media marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various design disciplines, including branding, social media marketing and print production. This role offers the opportunity to work on small, interesting projects that require consistent branding and innovative design solutions.
Duties
- Develop and execute occasional various design projects, including branding, and marketing materials, including property signage and social media marketing.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms through effective branding strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design using HTML and CSS.
- Experience with motion graphics creation and video editing skills is a plus.
- Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing principles to create effective visual communications.
- Strong skills in graphic arts with a keen eye for layout design and typography.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred.
