Freelance Videographer
We’re looking for a freelance Videographer to join our team on an as-needed, ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone who can jump into projects of different sizes, work solo or with a small crew, and deliver both polished, professional footage AND authentic UGC footage that aligns with client goals. Your main responsibility will be capturing content for social media ad campaigns and organic social media.
What You’ll Do
- Capture clean audio and stable, well-composed footage
- Collaborate with our creative director to execute the vision for each project
- Work independently on smaller shoots and as part of a small team on larger ones
- Transport and manage equipment during shoots
- Occasionally travel to client locations within Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience filming professional video content (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio basics
- Comfortable working with no supervision
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel for shoots
- Flexible schedule with availability during business hours on weekdays
- Highly professional, reliable, and responsive in communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with gimbals, drones, or other specialty equipment
- Experience filming for paid ads or social-first content
Work Style
- Professional, punctual, and dependable
- Able to communicate quickly (responding to emails within 1-2 hours) with both our internal team and clients on-site
Compensation
- Pay is based on experience and portfolio
- This is a freelance role with the potential to transition into part-time or guaranteed-hours arrangements for the right candidate
