Position Details

- Pay: $320 USD/day + performance bonuses
- Contract: Freelance
- Schedule: Fully flexible — you choose your working days and hours
Key Responsibilities
- Lead private, customized walking tours for small groups
- Share engaging stories, local knowledge, and personal tips
- Adapt each tour to your guests’ interests
- Ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience
- Optionally host culinary tours if you’re passionate about food
Who We’re Looking For
- Lived in Houston for at least 1 year
- Fluent in at least one language: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for the city
- Friendly, communicative, and dependable
- Prior hosting, guiding, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
