Job Description
To ensure that all raw chicken paws are processed to meet and/or exceed customer requirements
Qualifications
- Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
- Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
- Must be able to separate A-Grade product from under grade product based on customer requirements
- Must be able to use knives and/or scissors
- To donn PPE 1
- Perform any duties required by management
