Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy multitasker with a positive attitude and a passion for client service? We’re looking for a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tysons Corner.
The ideal candidate has some bookkeeping experience, communicates confidently, and is comfortable handling financial and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our title processing staff
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Accurately input data into company systems
- Assist in preparing title documents for recording and correspondence
- Follow up on document requests with clients, agents, and lenders
- Mail checks with corresponding invoices
- Ship original lender documents via USPS
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Experience
- Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting (title/escrow experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling financial data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel )
- Familiarity with real estate transactions or terminology is a plus
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
