We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary materials are readily available.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings as needed.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records in a computerized system.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems and computers efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with office procedures and experience using various office equipment is beneficial.

Pay: $18.13 - $21.00 per hour
