Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Process phone calls using hotel phone systems, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel management system.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
