Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality management is a plus
- Familiarity with guest relations and guest services
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting
