We are looking for a full time front desk agent for a mix of morning and afternoon shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm). As a front desk agent at the Lexen Hotel North Hollywood, you will be asked to use both social skill as well as customer service knowledge to provide both a comfortable and enjoyable stay to our guests. Front desk agents are expected to:
- Be knowledgeable of the North Hollywood/ Los Angeles areas
- Have the ability to answer questions in a timely manner
- Take customer service phone calls and use proper phone etiquette
- Know how to manage a cash register
- Work well under pressure
- Multitask
- Work well with a team
- Communicate effectively and follow instruction
- Flexible with schedule (work weekends, holidays and any shift including graveyard)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
