Inn on Bellevue is seeking a reliable, personable, and organized Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is flexible with scheduling, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling front office responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and manage the check-in/check-out process
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our booking systems
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and presentable
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g., filing, copying, organizing supplies)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
- Handle payments
- Communicate any guest issues or incidents to management
Requirements
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using email, reservation software, and basic office tools
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
