We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information regarding hotel services, room availability, and local attractions with excellent phone etiquette.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist with guest relations by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities in the area.
- Handle any special requests or accommodations for guests to enhance their experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist team members as needed.
