We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling reservations, answering phones, and providing general information about the hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Update guest information in the system.
- Process payments for services rendered.
