We only accept staff into our team who have the drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients we serve feel better.
At Rehab Dynamics Physical Therapy, our patients receive only the highest quality of care, including:
- Being greeted by a smile
- Reminders of appointments
- Education on insurance prior to IE
- Customized treatment plans, which are part of making their POC
- Understanding the importance of finishing out their POC
- Understanding the importance of completing their HEP
- Receiving answers to any billing questions
- Offering products for convenience
- Offering wellness services
- Feeling like they are part of our family!
By providing detailed policies and procedures to our team, we have an efficient and smoothly-run company. We have a leadership team that meets weekly to discuss positives and negatives, which are then brought back to our team.
This is an important process that allows us to continue moving in the right direction and have a plan on how we are going to continue to improve in all aspects of our business. At these meetings, we will discuss our clearly-defined and attainable goals both individually and for the team. We are going to celebrate these accomplishments throughout the year, no matter how big or small.
