Key Responsibilities:
No experience required—we will train you in all areas.
- Front desk and patient scheduling
- Greeting patients and managing flow with warmth and efficiency
- Answering phones and providing next-level patient service
- Collecting payments and supporting billing
- Hands-on support with patient care and therapies (training provided)
- Helping patients feel seen, heard, and supported from start to finish
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability: Monday–Friday, approximately 35-40 hours/week
