We are looking for a Full-Time or possibly part-time Dental Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator in a very busy, modern dental office. Must be knowledgeable about computers. Must be ambitious, self motivated, dependable. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a huge benefit but not necessary. Dental and/or insurance experience is preferred, but willing to teach the right ambitious person. Pay is based on experience and demonstratable skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet customers courteously and help them feel welcome
Open/Close Doors
Manage patient and vendor communications via phone calls, emails and texts : assist patients to get scheduled, answer questions about treatment, take messages for teammates, and route calls to appropriate teammates.
Schedule patient appointments. Call and send text messages to confirm patient appointments
Patient intake : send forms electronically, review forms for completeness, accurately transfer patient information into patient files and prepare patient charts for treatment
Check Benefits/Insurance/Eligibility/Breakdowns and enter data accurately into patient charts
Calculate and collect copays and Present treatment plans
Print End of Day Reports & Deposit slips
Maintain order and cleanliness of front desk, lobby & restrooms
Maintain HIPAA and ePHI

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
