We are looking for Front Desk Sales Representative for Furniture Material Wholesale store in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
The position offered is full-time, part-time applicants will not be considered.
Starting salary is $18/hr.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers;
- Taking and processing orders in-person, over the phone and through email communications;
- Monitoring, organizing and forwarding emails;
- Answering general phone line and readdressing phone calls to the appropriate departments;
- Answering questions and addressing customer’s complaints;
- Maintaining records and files;
- Taking up other duties as assigned (scheduling, organizing etc.).
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Multi-taking abilities;
- Problem-solving skills.
