Front Host (Full Time)
Pastabilities is looking for a customer service-oriented host to work during dinner service. The position is full time (4-5 shifts/week) with an approximate start time of 3:00pm, weekdays and weekends. Pastabilities is always changing and evolving to best meet the needs of our customers and staff. The front host position is a very versatile and crucial member of the front-of-house staff that can be involved in many varied aspects of the restaurant. Each versatile and adaptable candidate must possess the following skills/qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in a restaurant; strong, friendly customer service a necessity
- Strong ability to multitask efficiently without sacrificing customer experience or restaurant standards
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced work environment; positive attitude a must
- Excellent, clear communication skills, both with guests and co-workers
- Knowledge of food safety standards preferred
- Knowledge of Toast point-of-sale system preferred
