Front of House Manager

What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop your team: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Optimize operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, from efficient order processing using the Toast POS system to maintaining optimal stock levels through effective inventory control.
- Champion guest satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring every guest has a memorable and positive experience.
- Uphold standards: Implement and enforce food safety standards, maintaining compliance with all health regulations.
- Foster teamwork: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service.
- Drive improvement: Monitor key restaurant performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership: Significant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Operational savvy: Familiarity with inventory control processes and a strong understanding of food safety practices. Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Exceptional people skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
