- Team Player
Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Describe menu items and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Enter orders in POS system and deliver in a timely manner
- Upsell items, refill drinks, and clear tables
- Communicate modifications to the kitchen
- Complete setup, cleaning, and closing duties
- Report guest concerns to Management and assists in providing solutions
Experience in fine dining or banquet experience (not required)
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Holds a valid Florida Food Handler’s card
- Previous private club experience (not required)
