We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food & coffee preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food products.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or quick service, fast food restaurant environments, and catering is preferred.
- Familiarity with our POS system is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $17.81 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
