Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage the reception area to keep it organized, clean, and presentable

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; the Front Office Assistant also handles outgoing mail and courier arrangements
- Perform data entry, maintain contact lists, and update internal records when required
- Assist in ordering and organizing front office supplies to ensure the front desk operates smoothly
- Ensure visitors sign in, follow security procedures, and receive visitor badges where applicable
- Support other administrative staff with basic clerical tasks during downtime; the Front Office Assistant contributes to overall office efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Front Office Assistant, receptionist, or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
