Job Overview
Hanah Mountain Resort and Country Club is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and direct calls as needed
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and special guest requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and stay information
- Process payments and assist with billing using SOFTWARE or related systems
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and basic office tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely guest service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality work is a plus
- Must be able to follow through with assigned tasks and instructions accurately and reliably
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Reliable transportation and punctuality are required – must be able to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
- A positive attitude and strong attendance record are essential
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
