Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our Customer Service. Duties
- Greet customers and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses to customers.
- Operate office equipment such as phones and printers, ensuring proper functionality.
- Process payments and complete basic math.
- Supervise sporting events and monitor behavior of spectators.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Familiarity with front desk operations to create a positive first impression.
- Proficient in using phone systems for efficient communication.
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous.
