Responsibilities

- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in grocery store or food service environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist with inventory management.
- Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus for better collaboration with kitchen staff.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for all guests.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
