We are Blues Frozen Yogurt in Lake Stevens, WA and are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Frozen Yogurt Employee. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Operating the frozen yogurt machines
- Preparing toppings and maintaining a clean and organized toppings station
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing drinks such as bubble tea, smoothies, milk shakes etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team
- Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bubble tea or coffee preferred, but not required.
