The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible for creating fruit arrangements, dipped fruit™ boxes, and bakeshop Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service and delivering a WOW experience.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Build arrangements according to our brand standards following approved procedures and proper portion sizes
- Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers
- Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards
- Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service
- Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance the customer experience
- Use effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line
- Respond to customer needs; Manage difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner
- Take responsibility to learn all aspects of the position

Requirements:
- Previous/Similar experience with Edible Arrangements is preferred
- Reference from most recent job
- Must be able to follow and listen to verbal and written instructions and directions.
- Must be willing to be a team player and help out wherever needed.
- Must have an open and flexible schedule.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS!!!

REGULAR STORE HOURS:
- Monday-Saturday: 9AM-6PM
- Sunday 10AM-3PM
OUR MAJOR HOLIDAY HOURS ARE EXTENDED! (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve)
