Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and equipment.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the café.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in all food preparation areas.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Sales skills, including upselling techniques, are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with café operations is a plus, including cash handling and kitchen tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
