INFANT ROOM TEACHER!!
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and the ability to manage diverse behaviors effectively. This role involves working closely with children in various settings, including classrooms and preschools, while fostering their growth and learning through structured activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Skills
- Experience working in a classroom or preschool setting is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in nannying or direct childcare roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
