WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CSR
As a CSR, we depend on you to be the First point of contact in serving our clients so that we can provide the best plumbing services possible. Most of your time is spent handling general administrative duties such as CSR, scheduling, filing and record keeping. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to your success.
You also provide excellent support for our team. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills come through in every phone call. You strive to ensure that everyone is well-informed and that our customers are taken care of.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
● 3+ years of recent full-time experience Dispatching
● Great customer relations and phone skills and Energetic
● Valid driver's license and a good driving record
