- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- A genuine interest in working with older adults in a supportive and respectful environment
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to remain patient and composed in interactions with residents, families, and team members
