- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
- Schedule: PART TIME WEEKENDS May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Guest Service Standards: Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
Support Team Operations: Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
Promote Safety: Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
Ensure Liability Compliance: Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
Contribute to Team Effort: Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
