Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with patients to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and genetic factors.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret advanced laboratory tests to identify underlying imbalances and deficiencies.
- Educate patients on the importance of functional medicine and empower them to take control of their health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant
- Certified, or working toward certification, in Functional Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal wellness.
