Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with assembly, fabrication, and various tasks within the warehouse and assembly line. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Duties
- Maintain accurate pre-production documentation and records.
- Assist in managing fabrication and group sheets
- Assist in fabric drop-ship follow up
- Communicate with overseas vendors about production timelines and issues.
- Provide administrative support to the design and production teams.
- Assist with publishing and distributing Purchase Orders.
- Assist with general office organization and tracking tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in apparel production, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required.
- Team player with a positive attitude is a must.
- A degree in fashion, textiles, or a related field is a plus but not always required.
- Bilingual English and Korean may be preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
