Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to oversee the operations of our private dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a background in dentistry, specifically with a strong understanding of dealing with insurance companies- reviewing rejected claims, resubmitting claims, secondary insurance and posting payments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/WISHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the management of medical records and ensure accuracy in Eaglesoft software.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a dental office manager
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and patients.
