About the Role
We’re looking for bright, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team and help with all aspects of greenhouse farming. This is hands-on, physical work in a hot, humid environment- perfect for someone who loves plants, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in doing things well. You don’t need to know it all- we’ll teach you the advanced stuff- but you must be eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a positive, supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Planting, watering, and harvesting crops
- Preparing soil, mixing blends, filling and maintaining trays
- General greenhouse maintenance and groundskeeping
- Supporting the care and upkeep of living soils
- Performing routine cleaning and organization of work areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Greenhouse work, agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or commercial gardening
- Eagerness to learn and adapt- we value curiosity and responsibility over being set in your ways.
- Ability to be on your feet for a full workday in a hot greenhouse environment
- Capability to safely lift up-to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive, growth-focused environment
Compensation & Growth
- $16–$18/hour starting rate, based on experience and skills
- Opportunity for pay increases with proven performance and additional responsibilities
- Potential to transition from contract to permanent employment
