Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Operate shear, automatic and table bender, and crane.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments depending on seasons.
- Overtime occasionally required.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
